Annual reports are tabled with the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development as required by the Ingonyama Trust Act, 1994 and the Public Finance Management Act. Financial statements are audited annually by the Auditor-General of South Africa. All published reports on this page are the authoritative versions and may be cited freely.

All lease applications are submitted through the local Traditional Council in the area where the land is located. Contact your local iNkosi or Traditional Council office to begin the application process. The Trust does not accept applications directly.
